June 2024 Real Estate Market Update

Let's take a quick look at the Real Estate Market for Maricopa County (Phoenix, AZ Metro Area). Real estate prices are still hot, like the temperatures in Phoenix with the Median Sales Price up 3.9% compared to one year ago. The days on market has increased slightly to 45 from 40 last year and the amount of homes for sale has increased to 2.7 months, up from 1.40 months last year. Higher interest rates and incentives from some Sellers are keeping some Buyers on the sideline with 15.7% few homes sold compared to the same time last year. Also the number of homes for sale (Active Listings) are up a whooping 62.6%!
